How do Pink Mule Growers products ship? Orders ship via UPS in non-branded discreet packaging.
How do I track my Pink Mule Growers order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive your UPS tracking number at the email address associated with your order or account. Please note that the shipping time estimate (5-7 days) begins after your order is shipped.
What is the return policy and process? Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Return Process below. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for return, please feel free to email us at hello@pinkmulegrowers.
We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on our site. Pink Mule Growers cannot facilitate returns for a purchase made in a retail store.
Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept returns on any opened or used products. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process:
Email hello@pinkmulegrowers.com ASAP to alert us that you would like to return your unopened product within the 7-day time limit. A Pink Mule Growers representative will confirm the return shipping address.
Once you have shipped your return product, please email the tracking number to hello@pinkmulegrowers.com so we can track its arrival.
When we receive your return, we will issue a refund and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund amount to post.
